W.P.(C) 10765/2016 & C.M. No.42140/2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction which is being permitted by the statutory bodies at property bearing no.F-61/1, Chhattarpur Extension, New Delhi. This construction is being carried out by the private respondents namely respondents no.3 and 4.

On advance notice, learned counsels for respondent no.1 and 2 have put in appearance. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that this property was booked in the shape of second floor on

13.10.2016 and part demolition action was taken on 21.10.2016. Further submission of learned counsel for respondent no.1 is that this illegal activity did not stop and property was thereafter rebooked which was on 02.11.2016. The other statutory bodies i.e. Delhi Jal Board and BSES were informed about this on 11.11.2016. Sealing action has also been initiated against the said property under Section 345A of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act. It is further pointed out that the demolition action is now fixed for 22.11.2016 and respondent no.1 shall fully cooperate with respondent no.2 (which is also duly represented in the Court today) and all actions in accordance with law shall be taken and taken to its ultimate end. This undertaking of the respondent is taken on record. No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
