The present criminal revision petition has been filed under Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 read with Section 401 and 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: - "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to call for and examine the record of proceedings for the purpose of satisfying itself as to the correctness, legality and propriety of the orders, not being an interlocutory orders, as to the regularity of proceedings and setaside/quash/remand back the impugned order dated 03.10.2016, 17.07.2015 merged into order dated 16.10.2015 which further merged into order dated 16.12.2015 passed by the Hon'ble Court of Shri R.P.Pandey, Principal Judge, Family Court, East District, Vishwas Nagar, Delhi in CC No. 531/14 titled "Smt. Mukta Verma Versus Santosh Kumar Verma" and dismiss the application of the respondent for grant of interim maintenance, in the interest of justice.

Pass such other or further order, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts & circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner/applicant, in the interest of justice." 3.
