% 24.05.2017 Present leave to appeal has been filed assailing the judgment passed by Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board-I dated 21st March, 2016 by which respondent has been acquitted. Preliminary objection raised by learned counsel for respondent is that leave to appeal would not be maintainable in view of Subclause 2(a) of Section 52 of the Juvenile Justice Act, 2000. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to seek such remedy as available in accordance with law. Accordingly, leave to appeal is dismissed as not pressed. Liberty as prayed granted.
