% 13.02.2017 The petitioner and the complainant have arrived at a settlement on 07.02.2017. In view of the aforesaid position, the complainant does not oppose the bail application.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. He shall not try to influence the witnesses or tamper with the evidence and shall join the investigation as and when called

for. He shall provide his mobile number before the Trial Court, which shall be kept in working condition at all times and shall not be changed without prior intimation to the court. This is further subject to the condition that in case the terms of the settlement are breached by the petitioner, it shall be open to the complainant to seek cancellation of bail. The surety furnished by the petitioner before the Jail Superintendant, while being released on interim bail, stands discharged. Order dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
