O R D E R

% 17.11.2017 In this matter the parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 30.06.2017. In terms of the Settlement Agreement, the respondents have agreed to pay to the petitioners a sum of Rs.15,09,300/-. Two post dated cheques bearing Nos.546114-546115, dated 05.01.2018 for Rs.7,54,650/- each drawn on IDBI Bank have been handed over to the petitioners.

Photocopy of the Memorandum of Settlement Agreement dated 30.06.2017 has been filed in court. The Registry may scan the same and have it placed on record.

The learned counsel for the respondents undertakes that the PDC when presented will be encashed by the bankers of the respondents. Binding the parties to the Settlement Agreement, the present petition is disposed of. In case, there is any default on the part of the respondents, the petitioners are free to take steps as per law against the respondents including

for revival of the present petition.
