Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that on behalf of the petitioner an undertaking is given that the petitioner would vacate the tenanted premises being Shop No.26, Bhogal Road, Jungpura, New Delhi as tendered in the Eviction Petition within six months from today. The petitioner shall also continue to pay the agreed rent. He shall also pay the electricity and water charges, if any, for the period he was in occupation of the property. He shall not induct any third party in the property or cause any wilful damage to the property. The petitioner admits the bona fide requirements of the respondent. The petitioner shall remain bound by the statement made in the court today. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press the present Revision Petition. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall file an affidavit in the form of RC.REV.531/2016

an undertaking of the petitioner within two weeks from today on the above lines.

In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he would not like to pursue the present revision petition. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits on instructions that his clients shall not execute the Eviction Order till lapse of six months from today. Petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stands disposed of.
