% 22.11.2016 Today in Court, learned counsel for respondent has handed over a copy of the order dated 3rd August, 2016 issued by the SSC, Allahabad to CRPF by virtue of which the petitioner's candidature for the examination has been cancelled and he has been debarred for a period of three years. The same is taken on record. In view of the aforesaid communication, Mr. P.S. Bindra, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present contempt petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
