% 02.05.2016 The parties have arrived at a settlement in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 22.03.2016 is placed on record. The same is signed by the parties, their respective counsels and the learned mediator. The money payable to the plaintiff under the said settlement has been received by the plaintiff. Accordingly, the suit stands disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement, which shall continue to bind the parties. Since the suit has been settled in mediation, the plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of the entire court fee.
