% 24.01.2017 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that refund has been approved but without interest; no explanation is forthcoming in this regard. In the circumstances, interest claimed too shall be processed and the amount together with such interest shall be remitted to the petitioner's account within two weeks. In case of any grievance, the petitioner is at liberty to move an application which shall be dealt with by the concerned VATO within a month.
