As could been seen from the material available on record, the petitioner, who claims to be the president of a society by name "Bhrashtachar Virdoshi Sangathan", made a complaint/representation on 13.10.2016 bringing to the notice of SDMC, the alleged unauthorized construction. 3.

We, therefore, direct SDMC to look into the issues raised by the petitioner in his representation dated 13.10.2016 and in case the allegations are found to be true, take appropriate action in accordance with law. 4.
