However, counsel for respondent points out that this petition has been filed assailing order dated 06th May 2016 passed by Metropolitan Magistrate in Complaint Case No. 152/4/13, proceedings under the DV Act filed by the respondent, inter alia, for maintenance.

Counsel for respondent, on instructions, states that the said proceedings have since been withdrawn from the Trial Court by the respondent/ wife and therefore, the petition itself is infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as being infructuous. 4.
