O R D E R

% 11.01.2017 Respondent no. 3 is daughter of respondent no.2. FIR No. 48/2014 under Sections 506/509 IPC was registered at police station Gulabi Bagh/Pratap Bagh on the complaint of respondent no.2. During the investigation, Section 354-D IPC was added. It is submitted that petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3 are living in the same locality. Respondent no. 2 alleged in the FIR that she was going along with respondent no. 3 when petitioner, who was under the influence of liquor, misbehaved with them. Petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3 have settled their disputes before the Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi on 17th September, 2016. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and have been identified by their counsel. They submit that they are not willing to pursue the FIR

any further in view of the settlement.

Keeping in mind that petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3 have settled their disputes before the Mediation Centre and respondent no.2 is not willing to pursue the FIR any further, FIR No. 48/2014 under Sections 506/509/354-D IPC registered at police station Gulabi Bagh/Pratap Bagh and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
