% 03.07.2015 We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. We dispose of this appeal by continuing the interim order passed by the Vacation Bench on 10.06.2015 whereby the respondents were restrained from selling, alienating, transferring, parting with possession or creating any third party rights in respect of the property at Plot No. 130, Block - VII, Sector 23B, Dwarka, New Delhi. This interim order shall continue till the disposal of the applications by the learned Single Judge being I.A Nos. 5925/2014 and 11591/2015. The learned Single Judge shall dispose of the said applications after hearing the parties without being influenced by the order passed by us.

The appeal stands disposed of.

We are also making it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
