O R D E R

% 17.07.2017 Mr Abhinav Kad, Principal Officer/Authorized Representative of the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondent submits that the parties have settled their disputes and accordingly, have executed Settlement Agreement dated 03.02.2017. It is submitted that the terms of the Settlement as recorded in paragraph 6(a) to 6(f) of the settlement agreement have already been complied with and the respondent has paid the agreed amount to the petitioner.

Mr Abhinav Kad, submits that the payment has been duly received and the respondents have performed their part of the obligation under the Agreement.

Mr Abhinav Kad submits that in view of the respondents OMP(I)(COMM) 435/2016

having performed their obligations in terms of the Agreement, he does not press this petition.
