% 02.12.2016 Petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 are members of the same family. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial matter, which resulted in registration of the present FIR No. 75/2015 under Sections 323/351/354/452/506/34 IPC at Police Station Malviya Nagar. Petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 have settled their disputes with the intervention of their family members. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and submit that they do not wish to pursue the FIR any further. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 further submit that they have settled the matter of their own free will

and without any undue force, coercion and pressure. Keeping in mind the fact that a quarrel took place between members of the same family on some trivial issue and that they have settled the matter amicably, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep them entangled in criminal proceedings.

Accordingly, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 75/2015 under Sections 323/351/354/452/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Malviya Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
