% 19.01.2017 Today Ms.Jyoti Tyagi, learned counsel for the respondent-LAC on instructions of Mr.Ajay Kumar, ADM/LAC who is present in Court, assures and undertakes to this Court that the supplementary award in respect of trees shall be positively passed within a period of four weeks.

The assurance and undertaking given by learned counsel for the respondent is accepted by this Court and the respondent is held bound by the same.

In the event, the aforesaid undertaking is not complied with, the petitioner is given liberty to seek revival of the present contempt petition.

In view thereof, present contempt petition stands disposed of. MANMOHAN, J JANUARY 19, 2017/KA
