O R D E R

% 22.04.2018 Parties have mutually agreed that the award amount shall be reduced by `1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) in lump-sum. In the event, the entire award amount is already deposited, after releasing `1,00,000/- to the Insurance Company, the remaining amount shall be disbursed to the claimants proportionately in consonance with the impugned award. The statutory amount of `25,000/- be released to the insurance company.
