o/o 29.11.2016 Petitioners have prayed for quashing of following FIRs ;- (a) FIR No. 206/13 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPG registered at police station Tilak Nagar, on the complaint of Himanshi Sharma. (b) FIR No. 223/14 under Sections 324/342/506/34 IPG registered at police station Sagar Pur, on the complaint of Himanshi Sharma. (c) FIR No. 198/15 under Sections 323/354/427/452/506/34 IPG registered at police station Sagar Pur, on the complaint of Hariom Sharma.

Himanshi Sharma and Charanjeet Sharma were married on 21 November, 2011 as per Hindu rights and ceremonies. Hariom Sharma, Radha, Sonu @ Somesh are relatives of Charanjeet Sharma; whereas Joginder Sharma, Saroj Sharma, Gaurav, Tarun, Deepak, Dharamveer @ Dhanvir Singh Yadav, Anil Yadav, Urmilesh @ Umlesh Yadav are relatives of Himanshi Sharma. Marital discord between Charanjeet Sharma and Himanshi Shama had led to registration of above referred FIRs on different occasions in respect of different incidents.

Himanshi Sharma and Charanjeet Sharma have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre vide

settlement agreement dated S'" August, 2015. Besides Himanshi Sharma and Charanjeet Sharma settlement agreement has been signed by the learned Mediator, Joginder Kumar Sharma, Hariom Sharma and Radha Sharma have also signed the settlement agreement as witnesses. All the parties are present in Court except Ram Avtar. Complainants in the above-referred I FIRs are Himanshi Sharma and Charanjeet Sharma. Keeping in mind that above-referred FIRs are outcome of marital discord between Himanshi Sharma and Charanjeet Sharma and they have settled their disputes amicably before the Mediation Centre, FIR 206/13 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC registered at police station Tilak Nagar, FIR 223/14 under Sections 324/342/506/34 IPC registered at police station Sagar Pur and FIR 198/15 under Sections 323/354/427/452/506/34 IPC ^ registered at police station Sagar Pur and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
