BAIL APPLN. 2290/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner was released on bail, however, his bail was cancelled in his absence. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he wants to move fresh bail application before the said court and seeks time for the same.

Learned APP for the State vehemently opposes the same. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the court on or before 18.11.2016 and in the event of arrest of the present petitioner before 18.11.2016, he be

released on bail on his furnishing personal bail bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/ SHO concerned.

This application stands disposed of accordingly. Copy of order be given Dasti.
