W.P.(C) 10580/2016 & C.M.No.41483/2016 The petitioner had already preferred an earlier writ petition i.e. W.P.(C) 9/2016 which has been disposed of on 04.01.2016. His submission is the same today. He is stated to be hawking from a vending site at Phouwarah Park, near boundary wall of Anglo Arabic Public School, Gate No.3, Ajmeri Gate, Delhi. On 04.01.2016 the petitioner had been disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Town Vending Committee (TVC) of the North Delhi

Municipal Corporation. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he has already approached the TVC and his application is pending before the TVC.

In this view of the matter, no further orders are called for in this petition.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
