W.P.(C) 10543/2016 & C.M.No.41398/2016 Petitioner is stated to be hawking from a stall opposite shop no.185, Kamla Nagar, Delhi. To support his submission he has filed certain documents which include chllans from the year 2007. His submission is that he has apprehension that he will be removed from the site. Additional submission is that he is adequately protected under Section 3(3) of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent no.1 has put

in appearance. Learned counsel for respondent no.2 is also present. Submission of the respondents is that the grievance of the petitioner can only be addressed by the Town Vending Committee (TVC) of the North Delhi Municipal Corporation.

This Court is thus of the view that this petition can be disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the TVC qua respondent no.1 to get his grievances addressed, if any. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
