% 05.10.2018 Mr. Chaitanya Gosain, learned counsel for the respondent has tendered in Court a status report which is taken on record. The daughter of the petitioner - Neha Kumari has been located and has been produced before the Court. We have interacted with her in chamber alone as well as in presence of her parents. She is willing to return with her parents. She states that she will resume her studies. Her parents have also given an assurance to the Court that her studies would be got resumed by getting her admitted in a Government School.

Since the petitioner's daughter has been located, no further orders are called for in the petition. She is permitted to be taken by the petitioner from the Court itself.
