% 12.02.2018 Despite second passover there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

On 16.08.2017, Mr.Achin Goel, Advocate had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and submitted that he had informed the petitioner that he would not be appearing in the matter. He sought discharge from the case. On the same date, one Mr.S.R.Singh, Authorized Representative for the petitioner had appeared. However, none had appeared for the petitioner on next date of hearing i.e. 23.01.2018.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition. The petition as also CM APPL. 10893/2015 are dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
