Matter has been settled before Mediation Centre. 2.

In view of this, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest, he be released on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. He shall, however, continue to join the investigation as and when required. 3.

It is agreed that pursuant to the settlement before the Mediation Centre, an amount of `2,50,000/- lying deposited in the Court shall be released to the complainant and the petitioner has no objection to it. The said amount along with interest accrued, if any, shall be released to the complainant.

The bail application stands disposed of.
