% 07.12.2016 FIR NO. 56/2015 under Sections 365/386/506/34 IPC was registered at Police Station Vikaspuri on the complaint of respondent no. 2. In the FIR, respondent no. 2 has stated that her husband, Sandeep was missing from 16th January, 2015; and she suspected that petitioners had kidnapped her husband. Respondent no. 2 and the petitioners have settled the matter vide Compromise Deed dated 15th October, 2016. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with her husband Sandeep and submits that she has compromised the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and
without any undue force, coercion and pressure. She submits that in the FIR, names of petitioners were given due to some misunderstanding. Respondent no. 2 and her husband submit that they are not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed. Keeping in mind the above facts and the settlement arrived at between the parties, the FIR No. 56/2015 under Sections 365/386/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Vikaspuri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
