% 15.07.2015 Pursuant to the previous order, the respondent today states that the competing authority has deferred the petitioner's posting order for one year i.e. upto 31.03.2016 on medical grounds. The petitioner's counsel states that even though the surgery is scheduled for 16th September, 2016, there is an apprehension that it is likely to be postponed having regard to the past experience. The respondents are directed to ensure cooperation and write to the Medical Superintendent of the LNJP Hospital to ensure that the surgery takes place, as scheduled. The Medical Superintendent of the hospital is hereby directed that in such event the scheduled surgery be in fact completed.
In the light of these directions, the counsel seeks liberty to
withdraw the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. S. RAVINDRA BHAT, J DEEPA SHARMA, J JULY 15, 2015 sapna
