% 23.11.2016 The petitioner preferred a petition for anticipatory bail before the learned Additional Sessions Judge which was withdrawn on 23rd August, 2016. Thus, there is no order on merits declining anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the learned Additional Sessions Judge in the first instance again for an order on merit. Leave and liberty granted.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
