% 08.05.2018 The present case has been listed upon office note for dismissal for non-prosecution.

The office note shows that this case was filed way back on 1st July, 2017 vide Diary No.286561/2017. Though office objections were specified, yet neither they have been removed nor the court fees has been deposited. In terms of Rule 5, sub-rules (1) and (2), Part-A(a), Chapter-1 of Volume V of Delhi High Court Rules, Practice and Procedure, objections are required to be removed within a period of thirty days, failing which, the case shall be listed before court for dismissal for non prosecution. The objections have not been removed till date. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and the conduct of the plaintiff, the present matter is dismissed for non-prosecution. MANMOHAN, J MAY 08, 2018 rn
