No.43519/2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction which is being perpetrated at the property bearing No.3810, Ward No.VI, Charkhewalan, Chawri Bazar, Delhi. On advance notice learned counsel for North DMC has put in appearance. He has also appeared for respondent nos.2 and 3. His submission is that this petition be treated as a representation of the petitioner and the same shall be decided in accordance with law and all actions as required under law shall be taken in case it is so desired. This statement of learned counsel for respondent no.1 is taken on record.

It is hoped and expected that that this undertaking on behalf of respondent no.1 should be abide in true letter and spirit. Needless to

state that if any action is to be taken which would affect the right of the private respondents, they shall be notified before any adverse action is taken.
