% 19.05.2017 During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only prayer (a) is being pressed in this writ petition at this stage. Prayer (a) reads as under :- "(a) Issue the writ of mandamus directing thereby the respondents No.2 and 3 to demarcate the land bearing Khasra No. 508/5/1 and 508/5/2 admeasuring 500 sq. yards and 650 square yards respectively situated in extended Laldora abadi Village Dera Mandi, Tehsil Hauz Khas, New Delhi." Tehsildar, Mehrauli is present in Court.

He has filed status report under his signatures. It is stated in the status report that three months' time be granted to carry out proper demarcation of the scheduled property. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the

Tehsildar, Mehrauli to complete the demarcation proceedings of the subject property within three months. Petitioner shall be given notice by the Tehsildar about the date, time and place of the demarcation proceedings. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. A.K. PATHAK, J.
