O R D E R

% 29.11.2018 In terms of the last order the CD has been produced in a sealed cover from the forensic science laboratory. The sealed cover has been opened, however, perusal of the CD shows that there are several videos and the relevant video could not be traced out from the CD in the short time that was available with the Court. The Investigating Officer has produced his phone on which it is stated that the subject video is available. The same has been perused.

The sealed cover is directed to be re-sealed and handed over to the Investigating Officer who shall retain the same in the case file and in a sealed position till the receipt of the Forensic Science Laboratory report. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
