Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner had filed W.P.(C) No.4346/2015 to challenge the eviction order dated 28th August, 2014 passed by the Directorate of Estate which was dismissed in default on 11th August, 2015 as the petitioner did not appear before the Court on the said date. Copy of the order dated 11th August, 2015 is handed over and taken on record.

The applications are dismissed in default.
