1. By separate order passed today in O.M.P. (T) 26/2015, the Court has appointed an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. A copy of this petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 („Act‟) will be filed before the learned Arbitrator and will be treated as an application under Section 17 of the Act. The interim order passed by this Court is vacated. The learned Arbitrator will dispose it of in accordance with law.

2. The petition is disposed of.
