% 29.11.2016 By this petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to harvest his agricultural fields and sell the crops. It appears that petitioner's wife and his 10 year old son are managing the day to day affairs of harvesting of agricultural lands and the dairy farm. In the month of March/April, 2016 petitioner has availed four weeks parole. He has also availed furlough in the month of June and September of this year. In my view, no case is made out to release the petitioner on parole. Writ petition is dismissed.
