Standing Counsel for the respondent-North Delhi Municipal Corporation seeks to place on record the action taken report dated 31.7.2017. Allowed. It is taken on record. Mr. Gupta also submits that further demolition action is scheduled for 27.12.2017. In view of the action taken and contemplated, as also the fact that the petitioner has not chosen to appear, the petition is disposed off accordingly. Liberty is however, reserved to the petitioner to revive the petition, if, contemplated actions do not come to be taken.
