% 11.11.2016 The status report tendered in court is taken on record. It is pointed out that Ms. Gori is not the real sister and not even the cousin sister of the petitioner.

The said position is verified from the ration card as well. It is further stated that the petitioner and the father of the girl to be married are just neighbours. Mr. Kundu states on the basis of the nominal roll tendered in court that the petitioner has already been out on four occasions on parole/ furlough in this year itself, which adds upto about 11 weeks i.e. almost three months.

Considering the aforesaid, I am not inclined to grant parole to the

petitioner. Dismissed.
