% 11.03.2020 The learned counsels for the petitioner and the respondent no.2 submit that on the petitioner supplying all documents as are available with the petitioner relating to Complaint No.952, to the respondent no.2 within a period of two weeks, the respondent no.2 is satisfied and does not wish to pursue its appeal /complaint before the respondent no.1 any further.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of quashing the order dated 13.10.2016 and further proceedings before the respondent no.1 in CIC/SA/A/2015/001566 titled Satish Chander vs. PIO, Delhi Medical Council.
