% 24.03.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 25th May, 2016 passed in W.P.(c0 4875/2016 whereby respondents were directed to reply to the petitioner's legal notice dated 26th April, 2016 within twelve weeks.

On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for respondents had handed over a copy of the reply dated 08th March, 2017. In view thereof, present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid reply to the legal notice in accordance with law.
