The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.145/2016 registered under Section 420 IPC at PS Lajpat Nagar. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the counsel for the complainant and have examined the file. 3.
The petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2016. Charge-sheet has since been filed.

During the course of arguments, the petitioner's counsel, on instructions, voluntarily offered to pay `10 lacs to the complainant without prejudice and subject to outcome of this case within four weeks.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case; the petitioner's offer to pay `10 lacs to the complainant without prejudice and considering the custody period, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petitioner shall pay `10 lacs to complainant within four weeks through Investigating Officer by way of Demand Draft without prejudice and subject to outcome of this case.
In case of non-compliance, the complainant / State will be at liberty to approach this Court. 6.
The bail application stands disposed of.
