% 02.02.2017 By the present petition, the petitioner had sought transfer of case RC 2/86 under Sections 5(2) read with 5(1)(E) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1947 being tried by the learned Spl. Judge, Karkardooma Court, Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to administrative directions, the concerned judge has been transferred to other jurisdiction which fact is also supported by learned Spl. PP for the CBI. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition and the applications.
