1. Notice. Mr. Rahul Sharma, the learned counsel accepts notice for the Respondents.

2. The refund claim is in respect of the 4th Quarter of the Assessment Year 2013-14. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the assessment has been completed and all the requisite forms including the 'C' Form have been furnished.

3. In that view of the matter, it is directed that within two weeks from today, the refund order will be issued and within two weeks thereafter, the refund amount together with interest will be credited directly to the account of the W.P.(C) 5497/2017

Petitioner. In case of any grievance, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
