% 20.12.2016 The present writ petition filed is in the nature of a mercy petition. The petitioner has made a bald and vague averment that full amount was paid in 2011, after accepting that loan of Rs.50,000/- was availed of on 10.10.2003.

The petitioner should file a proper statement of accounts, indicating the total amount of loan taken, the rate of interest, the date on which the payments were made; and how and why does the petitioner claim that full amount has been paid?

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to file a fresh petition in accordance with

law and full averments.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. CM No. 46752/2016 is also dismissed as withdrawn. SANJIV KHANNA, J CHANDER SHEKHAR, J DECEMBER 20, 2016 tp
