This claims to have been filed in public interest. Both, this petition and W.P.(C)No.9944/2016, complain that property No.75, Masjid Moth, South Extension-II, New Delhi is being raised unauthorizedly and illegally.

A perusal of the record of W.P.(C)No.9944/2016 would show that the same is prior in time to W.P.(C)No.10839/2016. Furthermore, notice stands issued and the respondents have filed affidavits also in response thereto in W.P.(C)No.9944/2016.

It would be inappropriate to maintain two writ petitions in support of the same property making the same grievance. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. All pending applications also stand dismissed.
