ORDER

These appeals are disposed of with the consent order that appellants will vacate the suit property on or before 30.4.2020. Appellants will ensure that all electricity and water charges, with respect to any connections in the premises are cleared before the appellants vacate the suit property. Each of the appellants will clear charges for use and occupation at Rs.lOOO/- per month with respect to the suit premises, and which charges will be payable from the month of filing of the suit and till date and will be continued to be paid month by month every month till the appellants remain in possession of the suit property. Arrears be cleared by the appellants positively within a period of six months from today, and which shall be done in two instalments, first payable within three months from today's order. 2.
Appellants will file undertakings in this Court in terms of the present order within a period of two weeks and on the appellants filing the undertakings and complying with the terms of the same appellants will not
be evicted till 30.4.2020.

The appeals alongwith pending applications are disposed of accordingly.
