Learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the State. 3.

The petitioners i.e. Puneet Yadav @ Pintu and Navinder @ Navin Master prayed for interim bail for a period of 11⁄2 months on the ground that their sister was to get married on 1st December, 2016 and the functions are starting from 20th November, 2016.

The learned Additional Sessions Judge vide order dated 24th October, 2016 has granted interim bail w.e.f. 28th November, 2016 till 7th December, 2016, subject to the conditions laid therein. BAIL APPLN. 2295/2016

The prayer of the petitioners is limited that instead of 28th November, they be released prior to 20th November, 2016 so that they could attend the Tilak ceremony of their sister which is fixed on 20th November, 2016. 6.

Learned APP for the State submits that it has been verified that function of Tilak of the sister of the petitioners is fixed on 20th November, 2016.

Considering the fact verified, I deem it fit to modify the order dated 24th October, 2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioners be released on interim bail w.e.f. 18th November, 2016 till 7th December, 2016 subject to the conditions imposed in the order dated 24th October, 2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge.
