By way of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, read with Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of two months to re-unite social ties with the family and society and to engage a senior counsel for filing SLP in the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 2.
Status report on behalf of the State has been filed as per which address given by the petitioner in the petition i.e. H.No.40, Arya Samaj Mandir, Indira Camp, Green Park, New Delhi was got verified and during verification it was revealed that the petitioner Chet Ram @ Ajay son of Shri Mani Ram Saini used to stay at the given address. It is also mentioned in the status report that the structure of the aforementioned address has been demolished and as such no one resides at the said address. 3.
Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite best efforts by her the petitioner could not furnish any other address where he would reside if released on parole.

In view of the above the writ petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to seek parole as and when he is able to furnish the address. PRATIBHA RANI, J.
