1. Notice. Notice is accepted by Mr Siddhartha Shankar Ray, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents.

2. It is stated by learned counsel for the Respondents that the refund claim of the Petitioner has been processed.

3. It is directed that the refund order be issued within four weeks from today and the refund amount be deposited into the account of the Petitioner directly along with interest accrued thereon not later than two weeks thereafter.

4.In case of any non-compliance with the above directions, it will be open to W.P.(C) 5592/2017

the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

5. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
