% 05.12.2016 Petitioner was released on parole from 25th October, 2012 to 25th November, 2012. He jumped parole and he was re-arrested on 20th April, 2014.

Keeping in mind this conduct of petitioner, I am of the view that it would not be safe to order for release of petitioner on parole. Petition is dismissed.
