% 21.04.2017 Mr. Sahoo submits that the name of the petitioner finds mentioned in the list of 628 eligible street vendors. He submits that the petitioner is carrying out hawking business, but on account of some metro construction he was removed. He further submits that this site is available except that some cars have been parked. He submits that he will visit the site and if the place is available, he will continue to squat at the site. In view of the stand taken by the counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are required to be passed at this stage. The petition stands disposed of.

CM.APPL 41709/2016 also stands disposed of in view of the orders passed above.
