This application has been filed under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner praying for anticipatory bail in FIR No.86/2013 dated 12th April, 2013 registered at PS EOW. 2.

Status report on behalf of the State has been filed. 3.

Learned APP for the State on instructions submits that since the applicant/petitioner has joined the investigation, as on date there is no apprehension of the arrest of the petitioner. Learned APP further submits that subject to further investigation in the matter in case the necessity arises to arrest the petitioner, he shall be duly informed to enable him to avail the remedy as per law.

In view of the assurance being given by the learned APP for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition. 5.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
